An Overview:
It is one of the most important commercial streets in Madinah. In addition to its being a main road leading to the Prophet’s Mosque, it also includes various shopping centers and exhibitions that supply the most famous local and international brands. The street is presented with distinctive restaurants and cafes.
The Origin of the Name:
Sultanah Road was originally named as such due to the presence of a farm at the end of the road towards al-Qiblatain Mosque called, Bilad Sultanah Road. In the past, they used to call a farm 'bilad,' so the word 'bilad' was dropped and the road became known as Sultanah Road.

Famous for its markets and commercial centers, the road offers various forms of entertainment to visitors, including:
- A walking trail
- Easy access to the Prophet’s Mosque, as Sultanah Road is one of the most important roads leading to it. It is also linked to al-Qiblatain Mosque.
Its Location and Access:
Sultanah Commercial Road in Madinah starts from King Faisal Road, and intersects with King Abdullah and Prince Abdul Majid bin Abdulaziz Road.
